FLAGSTAFF, Ariz.—In July 31, Aug. 1, Aug. 2 and Aug. 4 stories about three escaped inmates, The Associated Press, relying on information from the Arizona Department of Corrections, erroneously reported that John McCluskey was convicted of second-degree murder. The department now says McCluskey was convicted of attempted second-degree murder.
