Andres Galarraga, a five-time Major League Baseball All-Star and former first baseman for the Colorado Rockies, returned to Denver to play in the 2010 Legends Golf Tournament benefiting Volunteers of America. Meanwhile friends of retired Denver Public Schools superintendent Evie Dennis gathered at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Denver International Airport to celebrate the dedication that morning of the $43 million Evie Garrett Dennis Campus in Green Valley Ranch.
