Ingredients
6 slices whole-wheat bread or English muffins
1 small can (8 ounces) tomato or pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Toppings (your choice): Slices of bell peppers; cherry tomatoes, cut in half; thinly sliced carrots; sliced mushrooms; steamed green beans; sliced zucchini
Directions
Toast the bread.
Spoon on a tablespoon of tomato or pizza sauce and spread over each half.
Make faces from the vegetables, for instance, mushroom or bell-pepper hair, tomato or carrot or zucchini eyes.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Toast in oven or toaster oven until cheese melts.
