A 3-year-old boy was killed when he was hit by a truck at a car wash in Pueblo Thursday afternoon, police said.
Neiether the boy’s name nor the name of the 45-year-old driver who hit him were released.
The incident happened at 2:10 p.m. when a 1989 Ford F-150 truck pulled into the Pueblo Power Wash at 2024 North Norwood Ave., police said.
The 3-year-old was playing with a 5-year-boy near the vacuum in front of the carwash bay. The driver said he saw the older boy, but not the younger one, Pueblo police stated.
The child was rushed by ambulance to Parkview Medical Center, but died a short time later.
