BOULDER — Still deliberating the fate of a man accused of sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl, drinking her urine and spending time with her in the nude, a 12-person jury went home for the evening Thursday and will resume deliberations this morning, the Daily Camera reported.
Joseph Cardillo, 50, of Niwot first was tried on a charge of sexual abuse on a child by a person in a position of trust and a charge of committing a pattern of abuse in 2009, and that trial ended in a hung jury. According to the Camera, Cardillo testified during that trial that he received “urine therapy” training in India.
