A timetable has been set for the wrap-up and ruling in a complex seniority-integration arbitration involving four pilot unions under Republic Airways’ umbrella.
The arbitrator has called for post-hearing briefs by Sept. 17, according to parties to the proceedings. The interim award is scheduled for Oct. 15, and the final award with the integrated system seniority list will be made Nov. 12.
Unions representing 3,200 pilots flying for Frontier, Lynx, Midwest and Republic have been working since early this year on a single seniority system.
