A decline in construction over the years is forcing Foothills Lighting, Colorado’s largest lighting showroom, to shut down. Traditionally, the company supplied half of the houses built on the Front Range, said Peter Neuberger, manager at the warehouse.
Foothills is selling all merchandise at 50 percent to 75 percent off sale prices at its warehouse, 1393 S. Santa Fe Drive. All inventory will be sold by a liquidation firm, Neuberger said.
