MWH: Announced that Jack Shandley has joined the management team as chief human resources officer. Shandley joins MWH from Swift/JBS SA, where he served as senior vice president of human resources and administration.

FRONT RANGE COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Named Lynn Vosler as workforce development director. Vosler has been director of the Institute for Community and Professional Development at FRCC’s Larimer Campus since 2007.

MESA STATE COLLEGE: Hired former Swiss Army Brand Inc. chief executive and president Rick Taggart as acting executive director of marketing and student recruitment.

GRANT THORNTON LLP: Scott Remington, a tax partner, and Adam Hines, a state and local tax manager, will join the office.

UPSTATE COLORADO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LEADERSHIP COUNCIL: Roger Knoph, president and chief executive of EnviroTech Services Inc. in Greeley, has assumed the role of chairman.
