PUEBLO — Southern Colorado finds itself with only one of nine voting representatives on the Colorado State University Board of Governors.

The Pueblo Chieftain reports that the board on Thursday appointed a Denver resident, Don Elliman, to replace Tom Farley of Pueblo, who passed away in August.

Southern Colorado’s remaining representative is Pueblo businessman Boney Cosyleon.
