Just one day after Lindsay Lohan filmed her sobriety-endorsing VMA guest spot with Chelsea Handler, the actress, fresh out of rehab, was seen back in the NYC nightlife, according to UsMagazine.com.

Lohan, 24, was reportedly spotted hanging out at New York hotspot Boom Boom Room until the early hours of the night of Sept. 11.

“She’s telling everyone she didn’t go out,” a source told the mag about the actress. “We’re like, ‘Lindsay, people saw you there!'”

A witness at the club commented, “It looked like she didn’t want to be noticed.”

Lohan was just released from her court-ordered post-jail treatment at UCLA’s Neurophysciatric Hospital on Aug. 24 where she completed 22 days of rehab, following two weeks behind bars for violating probation in her back-to-back 2007 DUI cases.

“It’s the same old cycle of lying and denials,” an insider told Us of the “Machete” star, who has been in and out of rehab four times.

Friends of Lohan seem concerned that despite all the rehabilitation and controversy, she has not broken the vicious cycle.

“Everything that she went through seems not to have changed her a bit,” the pal said. “It’s sad.”

Britney Spears emphatically denies she’s walking down the aisle again – at least not anytime soon.

Responding to an online report that boyfriend Jason Trawick recently popped the question during their Hawaiian getaway, the pop star’s website warns fans with a “BS ALERT!”

While the two, who’ve been dating for more than one year, aren’t engaged yet, they did have (someone else’s) marriage in mind during their island vacation.

Spears, 28, and Trawick, 38, toured a wedding chapel at a Maui resort and watched a wedding from their hotel balcony.

As for their romantic future, says a source, “They’re really taking things day by day and really enjoying their time.”

Actress Jennifer Hudson says she’s continuing her slimdown.

Since she revealed her surprising weight loss in April, the Oscar-winning actress has lost an additional 20 pounds.

“I didn’t expect to go as far as I did!” the Weight Watchers spokeswoman told People in New York City, where she launched the Lose for Good campaign, which teaches families how to prepare healthy low-cost meals in an effort to help fight hunger and obesity.

“People are like, ‘OK, Jennifer don’t lose anything else!'”

Hudson, who marked her 29th birthday on Sept. 12, still hasn’t gotten used to seeing her slimmer reflection in the mirror. “I go into the store and they try to put me in 4s and 6s and I’m like ( looking over both shoulders), ‘Who are you trying to talk to?'” says the former size-16 star. “My mind hasn’t caught up yet.” But no matter what, “I’ve always been a person who’s comfortable with myself whether it’s plus-size, small size it doesn’t matter,” says Hudson.

Taylor Swift is the latest act to offer bonus album content to an exclusive retailer.

The country superstar is aligning herself with Target Corp. for the release of her latest album, “Speak Now.” The store will offer fans three additional songs, remixed tunes and video content when the album is released Oct. 25.

Swift says she tries to give fans bonuses whenever she can, so she is happy to oblige with her third album.

“Speak Now” is the follow-up to her Grammy-winning, multiplatinum CD “Fearless.” The first single, “Mine,” has hit the country chart’s top 20. She debuted the song “Innocent” — about last year’s MTV Video Music Awards debacle — at this year’s VMAs.
