Wood Partners LLC plans to start construction on a 280-unit apartment community on 17.57 acres in Littleton. Alta Aspen Grove, at 7317 S. Platte River Parkway, is expected to be open next spring. The project is adjacent to the 260,000-square- foot Aspen Grove Shopping Center and within walking distance of the light-rail stop at Mineral Avenue and Santa Fe Drive.
