SAN FRANCISCO — The San Mateo County coroner’s office Wednesday confirmed the identities of three people missing and presumed dead in the Sept. 9 San Bruno gas pipeline explosion, officially bringing the death toll to seven.
The three were identified as Gregory Harold Bullis, 50; his mother, Lavonne McLellan Bullis, 85; and his son, William James Bullis, 17.
