ASPEN, Colo.—Karl Rove is in Aspen Friday to headline a fundraiser for three Colorado Republicans challenging Democrats in Congress.
Rove is raising money for state Reps. Scott Tipton and Cory Gardner and Aurora councilman Ryan Frazier. The three Republicans are challenging Democratic House incumbents.
The Republican candidates are all planning to attend but haven’t said how much they hope to raise. Tickets start at $75 and run to $7,200.
Rove was a top strategist to former President George W. Bush and now works to raise money to defeat Democrats. The reception Friday is in an auditorium on the Aspen Institute camps.
