Getting your player ready...

Height: 5-feet-10.

Weight: 156 pounds.

Age: 16. Born: Sept. 4, 1994, in Louisville.

High school sports: Softball (13-0 as a pitcher, bats third in order); basketball (forward); and track (sprinter).

Grade-point average: 3.4.

Class: Junior.

My favorite subject: Biology.

My favorite athlete: Shelly Babcock, former Legacy pitcher now at Arizona.

My favorite team: Pittsburgh Steelers.

What I listen to: Hip-hop and rap.

The best things on my training table: My mom’s pasta salad.

Pregame ritual: I’m really superstitious about the way I take off my jewelry. I always take it off in the same order and listen to the same song.

Time management tip: For school, I get my homework done during off hours, so I can practice, then go home to sleep. I just have to go with it, sort of, and work it out as I go along.

Planned career: Genetic counselor or bio-engineer; committed to play softball at Tennessee.

My family: Parents Dawn and Dana, half brother Morgan.

I would love to visit: Germany. I like history and always wanted to go there and see the concentration camps from World War II.

What high school sports mean to me: Oh, yeah, I love them. I think high school sports are fun, and in a way they are preparing you for college. You meet new people, which is really cool, and they teach you about bonding. This year’s team has the best bond, and it’s really fun.
