Two suspects were arrested in Thornton this evening after a police chase that injured another person.
Fort Collins police asked for assistance from Thornton officers during a chase just after 5 p.m. today. They were pursing two suspects in a stolen vehicle who were wanted in connection to a kidnapping and aggravated robbery investigation, according to a release from Thornton police.
The suspect vehicle refused to stop for officers.
A police car was hit during the chase at the 3800 block of East 121st Avenue. The officer was not injured.
The suspect car continued to flee, and later hit a motorcyclist at 2300 block of East 136th Avenue.
The motorcycle rider was transported to the hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.
The suspects finally stopped at the 13400 block of Cherry Court, and both suspects in the car were taken into custody.
No names have been released, and an investigation is ongoing.
