Two men arrested in Thornton in connection with a Thursday night police chase that injured a motorcyclist have been identified. Christopher Green, 25, and Christopher Santanastaso, 18, are being held at the Adams County Jail on suspicion of kidnapping and aggravated robbery, among other possible charges, Fort Collins police said.

The pair, wanted by Fort Collins police in a Sunday incident, were arrested Thursday evening by Thornton officers.

The men were driving an SUV in Thornton when police tried to stop them. Instead, the driver attempted to flee, police said. A patrol car was hit in the 3800 block of East 121st Avenue during the chase. The officer was not injured.

The suspects continued to flee and struck a motorcyclist in the 2300 block of East 136th Avenue, police said.

The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital, and details about his injuries were not released. The suspects were arrested in the 13400 block of Cherry Court. Kieran Nicholson, The Denver Post
