Quarterback Marc Bulger entered the West Virginia University Sports Hall of Fame. The Baltimore Ravens backup was among seven people inducted before West Virginia’s game with UNLV on Saturday. A scrawny, overlooked quarterback in high school in Pittsburgh, Bulger set more than two dozen passing records at West Virginia. No one has come close to his season mark of 3,607 yards and 31 touchdown passes set in 1998. He was drafted by the Saints in 1999 and joined St. Louis as its third-string quarterback in 2001. Bulger took the starting job from Kurt Warner in 2003.
