Courteney Cox has already got an offer for a new pairing.

Freshly separated from husband David Arquette, Cox has got a new offer – from the dating website CougarLife.

The site, which describes itself as the “premier online dating service that pairs women in their prime with younger men and ends the double standard,” has sent the actress a $1 million contract to be a spokeswoman, TMZ reported.

Cox, 46, stars on the ABC series “Cougar Town,” which portrays her as a divorced mother competing for the affection of younger men.

According to the website, Cougar Life believes Cox’s recent “circumstances” – her split from Arquette, 39, dates back several months but only became public this week – make her an ideal person to be the face of the company.

Rapper T.I. says he has “every intention” of staying in contact with the suicidal man he talked off the ledge of a 22-story building in Atlanta this week, saying he’s determined to help the guy “get better.”

T.I. said he first heard about the jumper on the radio and, “It summoned my heart, my spirit. I said to myself … I gotta help.”

T.I. says he then proceeded to go to the scene and said, “I just asked the officer if there was anything I could do to help resolve this peacefully.”

The cops told the jumper that T.I. wanted to talk to him, according to TMZ, but the jumper didn’t believe it at first, so “to assure him that it was really me they recorded a video message on the cop’s cell phone and took it up to him. Fifteen minutes later the guy came down peacefully.”

T.I. says he told the man, “I want to speak to you, and that it’s not that bad. I’m willing to do whatever it is to help the situation, but I can’t do that unless you help me help you.”

Once the man agreed to move from the ledge to the lobby, T.I. says he told the man, “No matter how bad things get they get better … if you unplug the game then you don’t get extra men … when it gets bad, you feel bad, but it can get better.”

T.I. insists he wants to stay in touch with the man — saying, “I’ll do anything I can to help things get better.”

Tom Hardy, best known for dreaming big in “Inception,” will be a major character in the third Batman film, which begins filming early next year, according to a source close to the production.

It’s unknown whether he’ll be a friend or foe alongside caped crusader Christian Bale, according to the L.A. Times.

Hardy, who also had roles in “Bronson” and “RocknRolla,” was hardly a surprise addition, the Times notes, as director Christopher Nolan often chooses people he’s worked with previously.

“Inception” had three key actors from Batman films, with Cillian Murphy, Michael Caine and Ken Watanabe.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand are secretly planning to fly 85 guests to their exotic wedding at the end of the month, according to the New York Post’s Page Six.

The singer and the comic are plotting to fly their closest family and friends to a location believed to be in India in the next few weeks for the celebration.

A source told the Post, “The wedding will be themed, with guests asked to all wear the same color. The only problem is, nobody yet knows what color.” Reps for both Brand and Perry declined to comment.

The half brother of Dane Cook was sentenced to five to six years in prison Wednesday for embezzling millions of dollars from the actor and comedian while working as his business manager.

Darryl McCauley, 45, pleaded guilty to 27 counts of larceny over $250, three counts of forgery, embezzlement and other charges, reports the Boston Globe. At one point, McCauley wrote out a check for $3 million to himself from Cook’s account.

McCauley served as Cook’s business manager from the early 1990s until December 2008. He began siphoning Cook’s funds into his personal accounts beginning in 2004.

The former corrections officer must serve another 10 years of probation after his release from jail. He must also make restitution to Cook, 38.

McCauley and Cook had the same mother, Donna Cook, who died in 2006. The actor has not commented on McCauley’s sentence.
