Scott A. Corliss, 55, the Greeley doctor who cooperated with investigators in a Mobile, Ala., steroids probe, has been sentenced to a year of probation and forfeited $12,000 in the case.
Corliss pleaded guilty in January 2008 to withholding information about a conspiracy to write prescriptions for anabolic steroids and other performance-enhancing substances.
His guilty plea led to criminal charges against several others in the investigation of Mobile-based Applied Pharmacy Services.
