CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — NASA made it official Monday: Shuttle Discovery will launch on an 11-day mission to the international space station on Monday at 4:40 p.m. EDT. If all goes according to plan, it will be Discovery’s last scheduled flight before becoming a museum piece.
