GUNNISON, Colo.—Democratic Rep. John Salazar and Democratic gubernatorial candidate John Hickenlooper continue their joint campaign swing on the Western Slope.
Salazar and Hickenlooper rally voters at joint appearances Wednesday in Gunnison. The pair has already made campaign stops in Durango, Ouray and other points in southwest Colorado.
Salazar is seeking a fourth term in the House, and Hickenlooper is seeking the open governor’s seat.
Salazar’s opponent, Republican state Rep. Scott Tipton, had meet-and-greet stops planned Wednesday between Alamosa and Pueblo.
