English Highball

From “Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide.” Makes 1.

Ingredients

3/4      ounce gin

3/4   ounce brandy

3/4   ounce sweet vermouth

      Ginger ale or club soda

Directions

Pour gin, brandy and vermouth into ice-filled highball glass. Fill with ginger ale. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
