A work crew digging to repair a broken water pipe ruptured a gas line this morning in Centennial.
Xcel Energy was notified of the gas line break at about 7:30 a.m., said an Xcel spokeswoman.
A gas line repair crew has been sent to the scene near the intersection of East Dry Creek Road and South Jersey Street.
It’s unclear how many customers are affected by the mishap this morning or how long the repair will take.
