Former Gov. Bill Owens, a Republican, will help guide Democratic Gov.-elect John Hickenlooper’s transition team.
“He’s one of the statewide co-chairs” that will be named today, said Hickenlooper spokesman Eric Brown.
Hickenlooper is expected to name a total of 17 chairman to head up committees leading his transition effort at a press conference later today.
