Last month, Maggiano’s Little Italy staged its second annual Great Balls of Fire competition, pitting firehouse cooks from around the city against one another in a charity throwdown cook- off. The winner, Battalion Chief Mark Schuman of the North Washington Fire Protection District, wowed the judges with his Double Meatball Stuffed Pasta Shells. 1/2 ounce Midori
1/2 ounce Cointreau
Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish elaborately with orange, lemon and lime peel.
