BOZEMAN, MONT. — Taylor Sheridan’s grandparents have had season tickets to Montana Grizzly football for as long as he can remember.

They may have to shift allegiances for at least one game each season now that Sheridan has made a verbal commitment to join the Montana State football team.

Sheridan tells the Bozeman Daily Chronicle he played defensive end, offensive tackle and he punted at Rock Canyon High in Denver after playing at Bozeman High as a freshman.

Sheridan expects to play defensive end at MSU.

Sheridan spent the first 13 years of his life in Missoula and grew up a Griz fan. But he says he’s coming back to Montana as a Bobcat.
