Colorado has its second-consecutive offensive player of the week under interim coach Brian Cabral.

Running back Rodney Stewart was named the Big 12 Conference’s offensive player of the week by a panel of media this morning after having a career day in Colorado’s 44-36 win over Kansas State. The senior had a career-best 195 yards rushing to go along with two scores — and also threw a 23-yard touchdown to Toney Clemons. He added two catches for 49 yards.

CU’s Cody Hawkins won the award last week.
