GREELEY — A 19-year-old man is facing three felonies after pulling a gun — later determined to be a BB gun — on Greeley police officers last week, prosecutors said Monday.

The Greeley Tribune previously reported that Jordon Tapia had fought with his girlfriend over their 2-year-old son Wednesday night. When police arrived, Tapia threatened them with the pellet gun that resembled a Glock pistol, according to authorities. Police shot Tapia with non-lethal beanbags and arrested him. He was not seriously injured.
