AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.—The Board of Visitors of the Air Force Academy is meeting to review academics, morale, discipline and other matters.
The board will meet Friday in Washington.
The 15-member panel gives semiannual reports on the academy to Congress and the Pentagon.
Three new members will attend their first meeting on Friday. They are retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Arlen Jameson, retired Air Force Maj. Gen. Marcelite Harris, and Alfredo Sandoval, a 1982 academy graduate.
Sandoval replaces outgoing board member Terry Isaacson. It wasn’t immediately clear who Jameson and Harris are replacing.
Air Force Secretary Michael Donley, academy superintendent Lt. Gen. Michael C. Gould and others are expected to attend.
