A man found dead in a home in the 4500 block of Granby Way was the victim of a homicide and appears to have been targeted, Denver police said Wednesday.
Police were called to the home about 3:40 p.m. Tuesday. After they arrived, they determined that the circumstances surrounding the death were suspicious, said John White, spokesman for the Denver Police Department.
The Denver Office of the Medical Examiner identified the victim as Darnell White, 28, and said he was a homicide victim. The cause of death is pending autopsy results.
