ATLANTA — Friends and family say a 14-year-old boy out for a midnight celebration was knifed to death at a downtown train station after he was accosted by a man who accused him of stealing a cellphone.
Rueben Hand was killed early Saturday as he was heading home with friends after attending the New Year’s Eve Peach Drop, relatives told the media.
