The business recently moved to a new 4,500-square-foot space at 9629 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood. To celebrate the grand reopening, the store is offering a contest. Brides-to-be who purchase a dress through the end of February can enter to win a bridal package worth more than $7,000. Former brides who consign their dresses for the same time period can enter to win a consignor package worth more than $500. The Altar sells dresses in sizes 2-24; prices range from $100-$3,000. The store also carries flower girl dresses and tuxedos for boys.
