Aurora police announced Monday the resignation of a sergeant who was arrested last month on child pornography charges.
Morgan Sellman, 39, had been on unpaid leave since Dec. 15 in connection with a Colorado Springs police investigation.
Detectives say they found hundreds of videos of child pornography depicting victims as young as 2 years old on Sellman’s personal laptop, according to the arrest warrant.
Sellman is free on $10,000 bond. Colorado Springs detectives allegedly linked child pornography on a file-sharing website to an Internet account registered to Sellman.
