Level 3 Communications Inc., the provider of broadband services to customers including Netflix Inc., sold $305 million of senior notes, according to a person familiar with the transaction.
The 11.875 percent debt will mature in February 2019 and yield about 12.25 percent, said the person, who declined to be identified because of lack of authorization to speak publicly.
