AURORA, Colo.—Police say twin brothers have been arrested on suspicion of robbing a bank at gunpoint in the Denver suburb of Aurora.

Police Detective Bob Friel (FREEL) says 26-year-old Tristin Gemall (juh-MALL’) McGlothin and Jovan (juh-VAHN’) Gemark (juh-MARK’) McGlothin were arrested outside a Citywide Bank branch on Friday.

Friel says an officer shot and wounded Tristin McGlothin after the pair left the bank. The suspect was treated at a hospital and released to police custody.

The brothers are accused of taking over the bank lobby and disarming a security guard. They’re being held on suspicion of aggravated robbery and kidnapping.

Bail was set at $50,000 each. It wasn’t immediately clear if either man had an attorney.

The officer who wounded Tristin McGlothin has been placed on paid leave during an investigation.
