BOULDER, Colo.—Prosecutors charged a second former University of Colorado football player in a case where a 22-year-old woman alleges she was raped at an off-campus gathering.
Twenty-one-year-old Michael O’Connor faces a felony charge of accessory to sexual assault. Another former player, 22-year-old Michael Sipili, is charged with felony sexual assault.
The Boulder Daily Camera reports that O’Connor was charged Friday and was released on $5,000 bail. Police allege O’Connor was having consensual sex with a woman he met Dec. 4 and that Sipili later raped the woman.
