It was 25 years ago that the nonprofit Families First opened its doors, offering residential care for Colorado’s ever-increasing number of abused and neglected children while skilled professionals and specially trained volunteers provide support and education to the family in an effort to reverse behaviors and habits that are not in their children’s best interests.
