CAMARILLO, Calif. — A survey says the average price of regular gas in the U.S. has jumped 1.49 cents per gallon in the past two weeks. The Lund berg Survey on Sunday said the average national price is $3.12 a gallon. Memphis, Tenn., had the lowest price at $2.90 a gallon. San Francisco had the highest at $3.35.
