A 29-year-old man became stuck after scaling up more the 300 feet at Red Rocks Park this evening.
He called for help at about 5 p.m., and West Metro Fire Rescue used ropes to help him down at about 9:15 p.m., a spokeswoman said.
The man, whose name was not released, was not injured, but couldn’t get down on the snowy, icy terrain once night set in.
Seven rescuers used ropes to bring him down, she said.
