PHILADELPHIA — Police say they’re investigating the death of a 20-year-old woman who had a cosmetic injection at a hotel to enlarge her buttocks.
Detectives say four women had traveled from London. One woman had a hip augmentation while another received the buttocks injection. Officials said she was taken to a hospital and died Tuesday. Police are seeking two people involved and believe the procedures were arranged over the Internet.
