NEW YORK — A man accused of going on a 28-hour stabbing rampage through New York City shouted that he was the victim of a “setup” as he was led from a police station. Maksim Gelman was arraigned Sunday in Brooklyn on charges that he hacked three people to death and killed an elderly pedestrian with a car. Police say he stalked the city, attacked strangers and hijacked vehicles after an argument with his mother over the use of her car.
