Greenwood Village-based Open Range Communications has won an extension from the Federal Communications Commission that allows it to use existing wireless spectrum until April 1.
Open Range currently leases airwaves from Globalstar, which had its spectrum license suspended last year. Open Range previously had until the end of January to find new spectrum.
