A 40-year-old Lakewood man who is a registered sex offender was arrested at Denver International Airport on Tuesday after a return flight from a Mexican resort.
Jose Manuel Rodriguez faces new charges that he molested an 18-year- old woman after she fell asleep during a party at her aunt and uncle’s house in October, according to Lakewood police. “When she woke up, he was lying next to her and had her pants down,” said Lakewood police spokesman Steve Davis.
