HANOI, Vietnam — Police say at least six people died when a tourist boat sank early today in Vietnam’s scenic Ha Long Bay.
Vu Van Bot, a police investigator in Quang Ninh province, said 19 foreign tourists were aboard the boat when it went down about 5 a.m.
