SALIDA — U.S. 50 in south-central Colorado has reopened, six days after a major rockslide blocked both lanes with boulders up to 20 feet across. The highway reopened around 12:30 p.m. Sunday. A 46-mile stretch of the highway had been closed after the slide Monday between Cañon City and Salida.
