Roche said it is recalling 141,494 Accu-Chek FlexLink Plus infusion sets in the U.S. because a kink in the device may cause patients to receive the wrong amount of insulin.
Roche recalled the product after receiving 14 reports of adverse events, Todd Siesky, a Roche spokesman, said Thursday in an e-mail.
