LAFAYETTE — The son of a woman who was found dead at the bottom of the stairs in her Lafayette home Wednesday told detectives that she came down the stairs shooting at him and he “stomped her head,” according to a search-warrant affidavit obtained by the Daily Camera.
Adam Raszynski, 33, who suffered at least four possible gunshot wounds, could face a second-degree murder charge in connection with his mother’s death. St. Anthony Central Hospital listed Raszynski in serious condition Thursday night.
