Arapahoe Road at Parker Road will be closed Saturday for much of the day as Colorado Department of Transportation crews realign the eastbound section of the road.
The road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
During the closure, the following detours will be in place:
Eastbound Arapahoe Road — Motorists on eastbound Arapahoe Road will take a right onto Chambers Way and drive behind the Cornerstar Mall to Parker Road.
Westbound Arapahoe Road — Motorists on westbound Arapahoe Road will take Lewiston Way north around Arapahoe Crossing mall to the traffic signal at Parker Road.
Delays are expected on Saturday and alternate routes advised.
