3 employees of Pancake House in Boulder held for allegedly harassing, assaulting co-worker

Boulder police have arrested three employees of the Original Pancake House after a former employee alleged the men harassed and sexually assaulted her over nearly two years.

Boulder police continue to investigate a fourth suspect who worked at the restaurant during the time of the alleged abuse.

He has not been arrested.

Those arrested were: Jose Escobar, 29, who also goes by Jose Escobar-Herrera; Jose Luis Gonzalez, 29; and Rigoberto Gonzalez-Gonzalez, 27, who also goes by Ruperto Gonzalez.

All three were arrested on suspicion of unlawful sexual contact with force, a Class 4 felony; and unlawful sexual contact with extraordinary risk, a Class 1 misdemeanor.

The men are also accused of felony identity theft. Police believe the men were working under false identities.

All three men were arrested at the Original Pancake House, 2600 Canyon Blvd., without incident Saturday morning.
