FORT COLLINS — Police arrested two brothers after a three-hour standoff that ended when a SWAT team launched tear gas into the house they were in.
The incident began at about 2:25 Sunday morning when someone reported a disturbance in the 1000 block of Cypress Drive. The men were identified as Joshua Scheer, 23, and Devin Scheer, 21.
